Space to let
Horizon Scotland is a fantastic office development located in the Forres area. Horizon Scotland is a managed building via the reception area open from 0830-1600 Mon-Fri and Tenant access 24/7. Offices are located along both wings of the building and they each benefit from superfast fibre broadband connectivity and tenants have full access to all of the shared spaces and facilities within Horizon Scotland.

Business located within Horizon Scotland benefit from first-class event and conferencing facilities. It wouldn't be fair to keep it all to ourselves, though. We offer a fully serviced events management service with flexible meeting and conferencing spaces for anyone who needs it.

Horizon Scotland can host a range of activities including training, conference and exhibitions. It has a wide range of facilities that are flexible, versatile and adaptable, with excellent customer care provided by the Horizon Scotland management team.
Rooms are well equipped with audio visual technology and can be modified to fit your individual requirements. Facilities on-site include:

- Large breakout area to sit and relax either inside or outdoor decking, overlooking our landscaped ponds.

- Café selling locally produced food. Additional catering can be provided on request.
- A lecture/conference theatre that can be set up for your meeting needs, with the stage seating holding up to 80 delegates and a cabaret style table set up that can seat up to 40 people. With all AV equipment, tea, coffee and biscuits for all half and full day bookings included in the cost.
- Small meeting room holding up to 8 delegates with all AV equipment tea, coffee and biscuits for all half and full day customers included in the cost.
- Large training room available which can hold up to 15 delegates and all AV equipment tea, coffee and biscuits for all half and full day customers included in the cost.
- Co-Working spaces available in a semi-private environment with free Wi-Fi and use of the breakout facilities.

The centre is the ideal setting for any event including annual meetings, seminars, business breakfasts and training days. In fact, whatever your events needs are, we’re sure to be able to cater to them in our state-of-the-art venue.
The on-site conference facilities can accommodate up to 80 delegates. The centre also has a fully-equipped lecture theatre, training and meeting rooms and a social networking space - ideal for those breakout sessions.

We can cater for most events, have a look at the spaces available which can flex to suit what you need in terms of layout and equipment.
Lecture theatre
Our lecture theatre caters for up to 80 delegates, with a tiered seating auditorium or cabaret style layout (40) with state-of-the-art presentation equipment.
TRAINING ROOM
Our training room layout can flex to suit you. It caters for up to 20 delegates and includes use of our AV equipment.
MEETING ROOM
Our meeting room can host up to 8 delegates where you have use of our AV equipment and presentation screen.
